Since obtaining my real estate broker's license in 1992, I have helped scores of people to successfully buy and sell homes, land and other properties both locally as well as globally. My philosophy of "Always help other people" is an integral part of my success and service to my clients and customers.

I hold a Bachelors degree from the University of New York, Albany and I'm a retired US Navy man, having devoted 20 years of patriotic service to our country. 

I have received numerous awards in recognition of my high level of service to my clients and my selfless contributions to the community as well as numerous charities.

I'm a recipient of the Kitsap County Association of Realtor's. Realtor of the Year Award. My lovely wife and I have raised five wonderful children and are proud to have 5 grandchildren. In addition to my family obligations, I'm an active member of various religious, civic and community groups including the Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis International, the Fleet Reserve Association and the American Red Cross.

The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. Communication and collaboration with all the partners and parties involved with the transaction ensures a smooth and timely closing. I am committed to my clients before, during and after a sale.
